Within 30 days of receiving your Floorigami
- Your Floorigami can be returned for a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
31-60 days of receiving your Floorigami
- Your Floorigami can be returned and refunded. Shipping charges will not be refunded and a 25% restocking fee applies.
- No returns or refunds.
- Your Floorigami must be in its original packaging and in an unused condition (that means the peel and stick backing has not been peeled back, or any Easy Edge applied). Floorigami that has been used or damaged will not be refunded.
- Return shipping rates apply per box for non-defect related returns:
- For smaller orders (up to 30 boxes), returns will be shipped via FedEx and cost you $10 per box. Floorigami Concierge will email or mail you a return shipping label.
- Larger orders (more than 30 boxes) will require freight coordination. Contact Floorigami Concierge to return 30+ boxes.
- After we receive and review your returned Floorigami, you will receive your refund within 10 business days.
